Rental Information

The following information is provided for ease of reference. Full Terms and Conditions are contained in the Rental Agreement.

Rates
All rates are subject to change without notice. Prices include provision of maintenance and motoring organisation roadside assistance cover. Fuel is not included.

Driver Qualification
Minimum and maximum age limits apply. A valid, full driving licence is required and should be produced at time of hire. Certain endorsements may be accepted. Please contact rental reception to confirm these details.

Additional security checks may be required.

Insurance
All Rental vehicles are properly insured. A copy of the insurance policy is available for inspection upon request.

Excess Liability
The hirer is responsible for the payment of an excess charge in the event of any damage caused to the rental vehicle.

Any damage to the vehicle or a third party caused by hirer negligence may not be limited to the pre‑agreed excess amount.

Extension of Rental Period
The rental period may only be extended by prior arrangement before the initial period of rental expires and further prepayment will be required. Failure to comply with this condition may render void the insurance cover provided.

Foreign Travel
Vehicles may not be taken outside of mainland Britain (i.e. England, Scotland & Wales) or N. Ireland (when rented in Northern Ireland) without prior written permission. Special rates and insurance cover provisions apply.

Vehicle Availability
Whilst every effort is made to provide the vehicle reserved, it may be necessary to substitute an alternative due to unforeseen circumstances.
